HelloMind Launches Hypnotherapy App to Help You Live a Zen Life

- August 26, 2016

Developed by one of the world’s leading hypnotherapists, the hypnosis app is launching on iOS, offering users an effective method to break negative thought patterns and improve their quality of life.

Copenhagen, Denmark — August, 2016 — HelloMind, a new hypnosis app developed by well-known hypnotherapist, Jacob Strachotta, is officially launching on iOS in order to help users solve personal problems, such as anxieties, insomnia, and self-esteem, allowing them to improve their quality of life. HelloMind uses a groundbreaking method of hypnosis, developed by Strachotta, who has worked with professional hypnosis for more than 20 years.

The majority of us suffer from many day-to-day problems, such as low self-esteem, anxieties, stress, weight issues, and bad habits. Many of us seek treatment for these difficulties via therapy sessions and even medications, which are expensive, and often do not solve the core of our issues. Hypnotherapy, specifically Strachotta’s technique of Result Driven Hypnosis (RDH), has proven to be an effective method of breaking negative thought patterns and helping patients solve their mental issues.

In fact, a recent study conducted by Stanford University reveals further scientific proof of how effective hypnosis is. The study showed that under hypnosis, subjects experienced changes in neural activity that produced focused attention, enhanced somatic and emotional control, and lack of self-consciousness. These are the exact characteristics that allow a patient to control and change his own thought-patterns through hypnotherapy.

HelloMind is taking hypnosis one step further by making hypnotherapy accessible to all. The simple, user-friendly app provides users with a more cost-effective method of mental relief in the palm of their hands. The platform is packed with 250 specific hypnosis treatments and Boosters, that help users with everything from breaking bad habits to empowering them with healthy tools to improve their lives. Every treatment consists of ten 30-minute sessions, where the user is guided by voice towards the desired goal.

“Our method of hypnosis, RDH, is especially efficient because it works by uncovering the underlying causes of the user’s problem and then allows the user solve the problem himself,” said Strachotta, CEO and founder of HelloMind. “The fewer elements you have to deal with, the deeper the concentration gets. That’s what makes the app so effective – it takes the therapist out of the equation, allowing the user to only concentrate on the treatment itself. Plus it allows users to listen to the guided treatment wherever and whenever they want.”

The app is based on Strachotta’s successful series of hypnosis apps from 2008, that in total were downloaded over 2.5 million times. The original apps, which consisted of various hypnotherapy treatments, have been developed and rebranded under a single platform to make finding and treating countless issues far more accessible to anyone.

“Having recommended HelloMind to a range of my clients, I am confident to say that it has the power to change one’s life,” said Dr Dimitrios Tsivrikos, psychologist at University College London. “This app offers engaging, and dynamic solutions to heal and restore a great range of anxieties and insecurities.”

HelloMind will be available for free on The App Store, with in-app purchases of $8.99 for every treatment and Booster, or you can gain unlimited access with a subscription.

HelloMind was founded by world-renowned hypnotherapist Jacob Strachotta while living on the peaceful secluded island of Aero in Denmark. Strachotta had a vision of bringing his treatment technique of Result Driven Hypnosis (RDH) to the masses through a single platform. The company rebranded their successful series of hypnosis apps from 2008, providing hundreds of guided hypnosis treatments and Boosters under a newly launched app called HelloMind.
