Are there any specific audio files that you have purchased on one of the old apps from HumanProgress? We will provide you with corresponding files in HelloMind.

What headphones do I need?

You can use any type of headphones as long as they deliver clear sound.

Can I work or drive a car while listening to the session?

No. You will be turning your concentration inwards when you listen to the treatment. That’s why you can’t do other things that require your attention at the same time.

How do I choose the right treatment?

You should always work on your biggest and most urgent problem first.

Maybe you already know what to choose. But our mental problems are often interlinked. Insomnia can be caused by tension, which has been created by grief. This is why you need to focus on the biggest problem to begin with. This problem is often the root of the other problems.

When you address this main problem, other problems will diminish or vanish by themselves. That’s why it’s important that you’re honest with yourself and brave when you choose.

The app guides you through the choosing process by asking you some simple questions. When you answer, you will also become more consciously aware of your problem and more open and ready to receive treatment.

Will I lose control?

On the contrary. You will actually experience that you get more control over your life.

Day-to-day, you control your actions through your consciousness. But feelings locked in the subconscious have a tendency to create or release unwanted reactions like irrational fear, negative thoughts or an unstoppable stream of thoughts. They seep up through the system, so to speak, and are beyond your control.

The technique known as RDH – Result Driven Hypnosis – opens a door between your consciousness and your subconscious that gives you the opportunity to change or improve some of the patterns locked in your subconscious. You don’t lose control of yourself along the way. On the contrary, your attention is sharpened while you gain access to some of the automatic processes in your mind. During the treatment, you’re simply guided through the door and towards the root of the problem. You’re then handed the tool to change or remove those roots. You take back control.

Are all the treatments the same?

They are not quite the same. They have been designed to have maximum effect on the nervous system, not to be as different as possible.

The language and what is being said precisely is very important for the effect of the treatment. Some of our mental issues are very much alike and should be treated almost the same way. But the words being used make a difference.

If you have chosen two treatments, you should listen to the most important one first. When the problem is resolved, you can move on to the next. This is how you’ll get the best results.

Are the 10 sessions in a treatment the same?

No, not quite. They’re more like variations on the same theme, so you’ll hear something different every time you listen to a session.

Why do I need to listen to all 10 sessions?

Listening to all 10 sessions is the only way to ensure that you truly go deep enough into your subconscious to discover the root of the problem.

Every time you listen to a session, you’ll feel more secure because the process is underway and you will gradually become accustomed to it. That’s why you continue to relax as the hypnosis stages become more and more profound.

This means that even when you begin to feel a difference after a few sessions, it’s important to continue moving through and complete all 10. This ensures that you achieve the best possible results that will last.

Why didn’t it work for me?

There can be different reasons why the treatment hasn’t worked for you:

Did you relax enough?
Did you listen to all 10 sessions?
Where you interrupted one or more times while you were listening?
Do you feel you were open and motivated enough to create a change?
Did you let go during the sessions or did you try to hold on?

If you can answer no to one of these questions, you have the answer.

Can I choose another voice?

No. It’s about what is being said, not who is saying it. We recommend that you listen to the session in your mother tongue if possible. This way you ensure the best results even if you’re fluent in, say, English.

Is a Booster and a treatment the same?

A treatment requires at least 10 sessions. Where as a Booster you can listen to when you want and forever.

What is a Quick Fix?

Quick Fixes is for when you need immediate relief from a craving, stress, or panic or want to get 5 minutes of complete relaxation. A Quick Fix offers an immediate solution for the symptoms and requires only about five minutes of time. If you want to work with the deeper causes of your problem, we suggest that you choose a treatment. One 5 minute Quick Fix a day is great but the more you do the better you will feel.
